The redistribution of profits lies at the heart of the National Lottery’s mission. For nearly 80 years, it has been supporting and guiding a wide variety of projects run by organisations with a humanitarian, social, sporting, cultural or scientific goal. By 2013, a total of nearly 214 million euros had been redistributed to society.

Sport in general and the inclusion of everyone in society are some of the National Lottery’s leading priorities.

This year, in its annual subsidies budget, the National Lottery is reserving an amount of nearly 5.7 million euros for projects connected with sport. Over the last ten years, the company will have granted a total of more than 50 million euros to sports projects.

And it’s the lottery’s participants above all else who make this is possible.
